3. Project Process

1. Consultation: Each project begins with a discussion to understand your needs and goals.
2. Proposal & Agreement: A custom quote or proposal will be prepared. Work begins once both parties agree and a deposit is received.
3. Design & Development: I will provide updates and seek feedback throughout the process.
4. Delivery: Final files or websites are provided after full payment.

4. Payments

• A deposit (usually 50%) is required to start a project.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, online payment platforms, or other agreed methods.
• All prices are specified in the proposal or invoice, and may vary depending on project scope.

5. Revisions & Feedback

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds (as stated in the proposal).
Additional revisions beyond that may incur extra costs, which will be communicated before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon full payment, you will own the final approved designs, code, or deliverables.
• All design concepts, drafts, or unused ideas remain the property of Ruhul Amin unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all required project details, materials, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure any provided content (e.g., text, images, logos) is copyrighted or licensed for use.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the project.

8. Confidentiality

Any information disclosed during the project will remain confidential.
Your business ideas, project details, or contact information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Website & Digital Work Disclaimer

While I aim to create secure and optimized websites or digital products, I cannot be held responsible for:

• Issues arising from third-party hosting, plugins, or external updates.
• Content changes or technical issues occurring after final delivery.
• Ongoing maintenance can be arranged under a separate agreement if desired.

10. Limitation of Liability

I strive for excellence in every project. However, I am not liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use delivered services or designs.

11. Updates & Modifications

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of my website or services implies acceptance of any changes.
