THE STORY
This Stress Management Infographic Design project was developed to communicate mental health awareness in a clear, engaging, and visually structured way. The goal was to condense essential information — from stress symptoms to effective lifestyle techniques — into a single, easy‑to‑digest layout. Using a red, pink, and neutral palette evokes a calm yet proactive tone. Illustrations balance empathy and professionalism, while typography ensures visual flow throughout each step. This project strengthened my ability to merge visual design with psychology‑based communication, turning sensitive wellness topics into accessible and motivating digital education pieces.
OUR APPROACH
My approach combined data clarity with empathetic design storytelling. I started by organizing the content into a logical five‑step flow: recognizing stress, understanding causes, applying techniques, using emotional tools, and making lifestyle adjustments. Each section was visualized through custom illustrations, soft gradients, and directional composition to guide readers naturally. I prioritized typography hierarchy for readability and used vector icons for quick information recall. The aesthetic was designed to look approachable and informative, suitable for use in blogs, workplace wellness materials, and social media campaigns. This project reflects my expertise in designing educational, health‑focused infographics.
